Getting involved

Feeling part of a community and putting roots down in a place has to do with meeting people and getting involved in local activities. It can be difficult if you commute during the week but if you’re prepared to spend just a little of your free time with others who share your interests, you’ll soon achieve that sense of belonging that is so important to our wellbeing.
